Wonderful service. Patrick replaced our shower taps and main shutoff tap, and helped with some smaller issues. The first time we called him it was on super short notice and yet he still turned up in half an hour. On both occasions he was patient, friendly, very considerate and cleaned up after himself more diligently than anyone else I’ve ever hired. Answered all my questions, provided good advice and was clearly very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

I needed my water heater to be replaced and received a very reasonable quote from Pat. He removed the old water heater and did an excellent job of installing the new one and cleaning up. Very pleasant to work with, highly recommend.

I found I had a leaking hot water service late on a Sunday evening. Patrick from PML had replaced it with a better specification unit at a reasonable price by lunchtime the following day. No drama, just straight-forward advice, fast sourcing of necessary parts and fuss-free installation. The worksite was left clean and tidy. Patrick did a beautiful job on my outdoor shower, brazing the copper joints for the best result. He organised to pour a slab and was very patient with all my changes of mind and hesitations. I found him easy to work with and highly professional - above and beyond.
